Old Greenwich Man Urgently Needs Kidney Transplant
By: GREENWICHFREEPRESS | June 20, 2025
Eric Moy from Old Greenwich, a beloved husband, father, friend, and pillar of both the Rye and Greenwich communities, urgently needs a kidney transplant.
Eric has spent his life giving to others. He has coached teams, served his town, supported his children through every milestone, and been the quiet rock of his family. Now, his kidneys are failing due to complications from diabetes and a long medical battle following sepsis. Dialysis will begin soon, but a living kidney transplant is the only real solution.

His family is asking for help: not just for Eric, but for his entire family, and for all the meaningful moments they still hope to share together: holidays, graduations, move-in day, and family dinners.
Eric’s story needs to be shared, along with spreading awareness about living kidney donation. Your support brings hope, and brings Eric one step closer to healing.
His wife, Jackie, is a professional assistant at Greenwich High School. Their son, Max, graduated from GHS on Tuesday and will attend Syracuse University in the fall, and their daughter, Molly, is a rising freshman.
